One-way Pressure Sealant for Drilling Fluid is a product in the form of gray yellow powder, a compound of several kinds of natural fiber and filling particles plus additive through treatment by special technology. When used in drilling, it can effectively block up leakage of every kind from the formation under the action of one-way pressure difference. Easy to use and well compatible, it does not affect the performance of the mud.

3.Use
It is used in various density of drilling fluids and well completion fluids. Under the action of one-way pressure difference it has a good plugging effect for all leakages of formation. Especially for the leakage and filtration of porous and micro-fracture formation.
Leakage blockage of well cracks and porous formations; better result will be produced if used together with other sealing agents.
Its usage amount is 4%.
4. Package and Storage
25Kg net sealed in 4-in-1 compound paper bag with plastic lining. During storage and transport see that the bag is intact as the product is water soluble. But its property is not affected even if it becomes damp.
